Here is a screenshot of Buttercup's Giddyup Buttercup in his office in the City Hall in the Flooded City Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

This is the same Giddyup Buttercup that gave him his nickname after he used to bludgeon the other ganger to death. Buttercup kept the toy as a memento.
